Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible. This means most orders will go out within one to two business days. During high volume times (holidays) we may need an additional 24 to 48 hours to process your order.  If we are un able to meet this timeframe we will reach out to you via email.


Order Number and Tracking

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If your order does not arrive please give the mail 24-hours beyond the expected date. This is often all that is needed for your package to arrive. If it still does not arrive please reach out at hello@Sabalipurefaceandbody.com with your order number and we will research this for you.


Shipping During Times of High Heat

We are committed to creating products without synthetics. While this makes our products superior it does increase the likelihood of them melting in prolonged high temperatures. During the summer we may opt not to ship on Fridays based on the weather in order to limit the chances that your product will get stuck on a hot truck over the weekend. We also highly recommend that you ship your product to a location where someone can bring the mail inside. If this is not possible. Please put your products in the refrigerator standing upright for at least a half an hour to evenly cool and solidify balms and deodorants.


Damaged Items

Please reach out as soon as soon as possible. We will need a picture of your item for insurance purposes, but we will get you a replacement sent out ASAP.
