Refund policy

Our products are small batch and hand poured. Machine perfection is not our goal; quality only nature can supply is. Due to the personal nature of our products we can not accept returns except under very special circumstance due to health and safety standards. However, we stand behind our products 100% and we want you to love shopping with us as much as we love making our products. If you have a concern, please contact us at hello@sabalipurefaceandbody.com so we can make things right. 

Our first step will be discuss the issue.  Depending on the situation;

• we will send replacement product.
• If the situation is not one we can rectify with replacement product,  we will issue a refund of the product purchase price. 
• Our refunds will not include the shipping cost unless it is determined that the return is due to product defect.
